    Lyle Secatero

Lyle Secatero was born to Randy and Sarah Secatero on February 23, 1988 on the Navajo Reservation close to the Zuni Pueblo.

He is the oldest son of three boys and the first to follow in his dad’s footsteps in jewelry making. His dad, Randy, inspired him greatly and yet Lyle has taken his art of hand-stamping to another level. Lyle is quite detailed and his stamping is very intricate. He believes in quality over quantity.

Lyle started making jewelry at the age of 12! He started winning awards in 2015 at the age of 27, including 2nd Place in 2019 at SWAIA for his detailed stamping.

Lyle and wife, Rachelle, have two daughters and adopted their nephew who lost his parents. His children are very active in school and sports.

After living in Crown Point for many years, he and his family moved to Gallup. He feels his work is influenced by the Navajo weavers and all the beautiful  landscapes on the Navajo Reservation.

In his spare time, Lyle loves to work on cars. His family and in-laws depend on him to help with their autos.

Lyle is a soft spoken man with high integrity and a deep love for his work and his family.
