- We are now accepting online orders, as well as phone orders. For inquiries, please call (928) 282-6632 or email us at info@garlandsjewelry.com. We have a very knowledgable staff that can help answer any questions you may have, or assist you in a quick transaction.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We happily accept payment from all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, Debit Cards, Checks, Money Orders, Cash, and Paypal. We have done our best to provide the best prices for our customers, while treating our artists with utmost respect and fairness. We do not inflate our prices to accomodate discounts, and we do not hold sales. We stand behind the prices of our art, and have always operated under the "one fair price to all" motto. We've found that over the years, our customers have appreciated this straight-forward way of doing business, and we hope you will as well.
- Shipping
- By default, we ship all of our packages USPS Priority Mail. You can expect to receive your package within 2-5 business days, depending on where you live. Tracking numbers are provided for all online orders. Additionally, if you require faster service or a different provider, please let us know and we would be happy to accommodate you. If you select the "International Shipping" option while checking out online, we will automatically charge you the exact rate of postage and insurance with the lowest-priced carrier available.
- Returns
- More often than not, our art is even more beautiful in person than pictured on the website. However, we understand that sometimes it can be difficult to know exactly how something will fit or how it will look until you get it home. Shopping online with Garland's is a risk-free experience! We would never expect you to keep an item that you weren't 100% satisfied with, and so we are happy to accept returns and exchanges. Provided that the item is in original condition, we offer a full refund on all returned merchandise (less shipping) within 14 days of the purchase date, and we are happy to offer a store credit for the full value of the item within 30 days of purchase.
- Repairs
- We are happy to facilitate any repairs of any jewelry or art purchased from our gallery. We do not repair jewelry in-house, so we are unable to assist you with any repairs for items not purchased at our store. Please contact us with your repair needs and we will be happy to help.
- Updating Account Information
- If you have an online account with us, you can change your newsletter subscriptions, edit your shipping and billing information, and other features by logging into your account. Log in by clicking the "Log In / Create Account" link at the top right corner of every page. This will take you to your "Account Dashboard" where you can update all of your account information.
- Viewing Orders
